Anne Sophie de Bruijn   Wouter Mikmak, architect (1891-1976) --- Frank Lloyd Wright was a major influence on Dutch architects at the beginning of the twentieth century, and Wouter Jorinus Mikmak was no exception. His style is characterised by geometric forms and a craftsmanly design. This Dutch publication describes the modest but complete oeuvre of this architect.
Series Designers of the Future The series Designers of the Future is an initiative of the Wouter Mikmak Foundation in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture of the TU Delft and the Stylos study association. The Mikmak Foundation was set up in honour of the architect Wouter Mikmak to contribute to the debate on architecture and the development of the knowledge of architecture. With the series Designers of the Future the foundation hopes to contribute to the education and development of young architects.
