The third issue of OverHolland focuses on present-day and historical architectural interventions and urban transformations in the city of Amsterdam. The transformation of the urban axis that runs from Dam Square, via Damrak to Amsterdam Central Station is analysed in a typomorphological study. This issue also includes a contribution on the architectural and functional transformation of a special urban artefact on Singelgracht: the premises of the Vrije Gemeente church, which is currently the site of the Paradiso concert venue. There is also a presentation on research projects for the Oostelijke Haveneilanden and the railway line. The issue concludes with a discussion of recent urban atlases of Amsterdam.
