Method of Payment
Invoice (costs: € 1,95, only within The Netherlands)
Ideal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPAL.
NB: Products that are not  available can not be paid online, payment upon invoice.

Invoices
Your invoice will be sent with the package containing your ordered goods.

VAT
All prices for orders from inside the European Union include VAT . VAT is not charged to clients outside the European Union and will be deducted from stated prices.

Ordering more copies
When ordering more than 10 copies of a book a discount is available. Discounts are not automatically applied in the webshop. Please contact the publishing house if you want to receive discount on a bulk order:

The discount rates are:
-10-29 copies 5% discount
-30-59 copies 10% discount
-60-99 copies 12% discount
-100-199 copies 15% discount
>200 copies discount on request
